If you are interested in becoming a vendor at our Farmers Market Collective, please complete and submit the appropriate application found below.

Hey There!

If you are interested in participating in our Farmers Market Collective, please complete and submit the appropriate application. The Review Committee works diligently to provide an email with your application status within 10 business days.

View the Vendor Handbook below for vendor definitions, attendance requirements, set up instructions, and more. Prior to approval, interested vendors must review and agree to comply with the vendor handbook.

Out-Door Market Vender

Interested vendors will be prompted to complete an email profile with the Market Director. Prior to approval, interested vendors must review and agree to comply to the Vendor Handbook. Upon approval, vendors will be required to submit  their specific required documents. APPROPRIATE CERTIFICATES ARE REQUIRED FOR FOOD VENDORS. 

All weekly vendor payments will be made the day of the market. Fees will be applied if payment is late or not submitted.

Weekly Friday Pop-up Vendor Fees

• All Vendors participating must pay a minimum of $15 or 15% of their total sales – whichever is greater. Accurate reporting of sales is required – failure to comply will result in additional fees and removal from the market.

In - Shop Vendor

Interested vendors will be prompted to complete a profile and application. Prior to approval, interested vendors must review and agree to comply to the Vendor Handbook. Upon approval, vendors will be required to submit the following applicable criteria:

Credit Card Authorization Form

Certificate of Insurance

Certified Producer’s Certificate

Cottage Food Operator Permit

Community Event Food Vendor Form

CFM Vendor Health Permit Application

Applicable Licenses

All vendor payments will be made by the end of each month. Fees will be applied if payment is late or not submitted.
